A 70 story building is under construction at Ryomyung district in Pyongyang

A 70 story building is under construction at Ryomyung district in Pyongyang City, North Korea.
Ryomyung District is like Gangnam in Seoul.

Kim Jong Un orders to finish the building before the 15th of April, the birthday of his grandfather, Kim Il Sung.

I think safety of workers is more important.
