From October, 2017 BBC will start to send out broadcasting for North Korean people every day 30 minutes in the night. even though North Korean regime stands against the broadcasting.
The night is better than the day because it is prohibited to listen to foreign broadcasting in North Korea. The main goal of the broadcasting is to let North Korean people know the objective truth about the world. Many North Koreans decided to escape from North Korea after they got access to outside the world including South Korean television dramas.
Two announcers will read the news about the world. One of the two announcers is a former North Korean refugee. North Korean refugees are very useful resources to change North Korea.
