How to Start a NKinUSA Club at your school (Volunteer service for North Korean refugees)

How to Start a NKinUSA Club at your school (Volunteer service for North Korean refugees)

North Korea will soon be fallen down by the awakened North Korean people. You can be a part of the contributions for raising human rights of North Korean refugees and advancing the collapse of North Korean regime.

How?

NKinUSA (www.nkinusa.org) in a non-profit organization, based in Washington, DC, which aims to help North Korean refugees escape safely from North Korea through China, assist with the resettlement of refugees currently living in the United States, and spread awareness about the persecution and severe human rights crisis of the North Korean people.

NKinUSA (North Korean refugees in the United States) welcomes High School Clubs or College Clubs.
Your Club activities will have a great influence on improving human rights and the stable resettlement of North Korean refugees in the USA.

Are you interested in leading a Club at your school for North Korean refugees?

1. Decide what you can do for NKinUSA

You can choose what to do for NKinUSA and North Korean refugees.

  • Blog activities (Optional)
Make a Club Blog to let the world know more about the problems of North Korea, the pain and mistreatment of North Korean refugees, and the role of NKinUSA.

I recommend you to use www.blogspot.com to make a blog because you can invite unlimited authors to the blog while "Wordpress" can invite only 10 writers.

You can design your own stylish blog.

  • Or Translation (Chinese-English or Korean-English) (Optional)
If you can translate from Chinese to English or Korean to English, you can participate as a volunteer translator.

  • Or Fundraising (Optional)
North Korean refugees need your strong support. You can raise a fund to rescue North Korean refugees or support their successful and stable resettlement in the USA.

2. Recruit a Few “Start-Up” students

Recruit a vice-president, treasurer, and secretary to help you get the Club up-and-running.

3. Find a Sponsor/Adviser at School

Find an adviser. Your ideal candidate is likely to be a teacher or member of the staff at your school.

This is important, for example, in order to reserve meeting rooms or obtain permission to hold events on campus.

Do you need a sample of a Club constitution or a club budget?

Please do not hesitate to contact me at usandnorth@gmail.com.

Track and submit the hours that your Club members spend volunteering for activities.
